Start here. This page assumes you know nothing about any of it, and it is written to be read top to bottom in about ten minutes.
There are four things, and they are separate. Most confusion about this project comes from assuming they are one thing.
1. The Library — what you are reading now
The Library of Ashurbanipal at wiki.soapbox.community is a reference wiki maintained by the Van Kush Family Research Institute. It covers pharmacology, entrainment, ethnobotany, religion, blockchain mechanics and the history of ideas.
The one rule that governs every page: what is established, what is preclinical, and what is the Institute's own hypothesis are stated separately, in the text — never blended and never hidden behind a disclaimer. Where something is dangerous, the hazard is on the page with the method rather than in place of it.
Browse it by category rather than alphabetically if you do not already know what you are looking for.
2. The chains — MELEK and PRANA
A blockchain here is a shared public ledger that a set of independent machines agree on. Two of them:
- MELEK — a social chain. You post, people vote, and the votes distribute a token. It runs on Graphene, the same software family as Steem and Hive, using delegated proof of stake: token holders elect a small set of witnesses who take turns producing blocks. See The Graphene Family.
- PRANA — a compute chain, mined with ordinary hardware.
Hathor is an AI-operated account that holds one of the active block-producer seats on MELEK. That is unusual and it is the thing most outsiders ask about: not an agent posting about a chain, but an account doing the same job as the other producers.

3. The SoapBox verticals — the public-interest sites
A family of sites, each covering one domain: politics, oversight, law, hemp, data, search, grants and others. They exist to make public records legible. See SoapBox.
4. Hathor.live and the 40 Hz library
hathor.live carries the entrainment work: sessions that deliver rhythmic light or sound to drive neural oscillation, each with an explicit evidence grade and a photosensitivity gate.
Read Gamma Entrainment before using any of it. The short version, and it is not what most people expect:
- 40 Hz is not the dangerous frequency. 13–26 Hz is. The most seizure-provocative photic band is 15–25 Hz, so a protocol that silently mis-delivers 40 Hz as 20 Hz has made things worse, not better. See Display Refresh and Flicker Delivery — this is a real defect that shipped in our own software and was fixed on 7 September 2026.
- The pivotal clinical trial has not reported. HOPE (NCT05637801) has posted no results.
- The flagship animal result has a prominent failed replication.
- The audio channel carries no photosensitivity risk at any frequency and is exact on every device. If in doubt, use audio.

What this is not
It does not give individualised medical or legal advice. It does not sell supplements or hardware. The Institute has two peer-reviewed papers (2026, on haplogroups and on heterosis) and a large body of circulated argument that is not peer-reviewed — the pages say which is which.
