Taylor Alesia

Taylor Alesia (born October 13, 1996) is an American YouTuber, singer, and social-media personality. She appears in Media and Personalities as a YouTuber entry — a look at what she actually makes, in the lighter content-first style the section uses for individual creators.

What she makes

Alesia came up through the first wave of livestream-native creators: she started on the YouNow livestreaming platform in 2015, launched her YouTube channel in May 2015, and posted her debut video — a makeup tutorial — that August. The channel settled into the familiar influencer mix: vlogs, makeup tutorials, challenges, and storytime videos, the day-in-the-life and personality content that defined mid-2010s YouTube. She grew a following in the low millions and extended it across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch.

Music

Alongside the vlogging she pursued music. Her best-known upload is the 2017 song and visual "Stay the Night," her most-viewed video with well over ten million views, and she has released several other tracks, including "Born Again" (2021).

Notes

Her career also tracks the real human cost of the always-on creator life: in late 2019 she publicly stepped back from social media to recover from depression before later returning to streaming. We mention it not as gossip but because that arc — burnout and return — is one of the defining, under-discussed patterns of the influencer era this section documents.
