SoapBox Pool

The SoapBox Pool is the SoapBox ecosystem's Mining pool. It lets many miners combine their hashrate and split rewards by contribution, so you earn a steady stream from your first accepted share instead of waiting to win a whole block solo. It runs more than one algorithm, and it is even mineable straight from a browser tab.

What you can mine

How pooled mining works

Solo mining rarely wins on a busy chain, so a pool aggregates everyone's work. You submit shares that prove you're doing the work; the pool pays out proportionally when it finds blocks. See Mining for the underlying mechanics — hashing, difficulty, shares, and block rewards.

How it fits

Mining PRANA here isn't wasted work: PRANA pairs classic proof-of-work with useful AI/GPU compute, so hashrate you contribute helps run real workloads. Learn to set up and tune a miner at the Witness School.
